What’s the secondary colour about?
Since all our items are reversible, you just need to choose the colour on the reverse side of the item. Easy peasy.
Can I choose just one colour?
Of course! Simply select the same colour for both the main and secondary colour options.
Where’s my stuff?
All our items are made to order. So, please give us up to two weeks to dispatch your order. (We promise it'll be worth the wait!)
What’s Tencel?
Tencel is made from tree pulp. (Sustainably-grown-tree-pulp, to be precise.) It's like cotton, but better; it requires less water and energy to produce, it’s biodegradable, and it’s ridiculously soft. Find out more about Tencel here.
Can you make me a custom piece?
Sorry, we’re busy bees; we don't do commissions or custom pieces at this time. But we promise you'll find something you love among the items we have on our site.
Can I return or exchange something?
Absolutely! We offer returns and exchanges. Since we make all our pieces to order, it can take up to two weeks for a replacement. Simply let us know which item you’d like to return, and bear in mind: shipping costs aren’t covered & your item will need to be sent back within two weeks of delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do! We're happy to send our eco-conscious clothes to wherever you are in the world.

Our clothes are double-layered, too. That means no see-through mishaps; we've got your back (and your front) covered.
Packaged with care
Your garment will arrive in a bag made from sugarcane - a carbon-neutral and biodegradable material.

Returns
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. That's why each piece is made-to-order - with care, just for you.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, so returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to return an item, just get in touch with your order number and full name.
We're happy to offer exchanges when the returned item is in its original condition. Replacements may take up to two weeks, so please be patient with us.
