What’s the secondary colour about?
Since all our items are reversible, you just need to choose the colour on the reverse side of the item. Easy peasy.
Can I choose just one colour?
Of course! Simply select the same colour for both the main and secondary colour options. We want you to be happy and feel good about your purchase!
Where’s my stuff?
All our items are made to order. So, please give us up to two weeks to dispatch your order. (We promise it'll be worth the wait!)
Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do! We're happy to send our our sustainable clothes to wherever you are in the world.
What's Tencel?
Tencel is made from tree pulp. (Sustainably-grown-tree-pulp, to be precise.) It's like cotton, but better; it requires less water and energy to produce, it’s biodegradable, and it’s ridiculously soft.
And that's why our clothes are made using Tencel.
Can I return or exchange something?
Absolutely! We're happy to offer exchanges when the returned item is in its original condition.
Since we make all our pieces to order, it can take up to two weeks for a replacement. Simply let us know which item you’d like to return, and bear in mind: shipping costs aren’t covered, and you'll need to send your item back within a week of delivery.
P.S. We're unable to process international returns or exchanges at the moment.
Can you make me a custom piece?
Sorry, we’re busy bees; we don't do commissions or custom pieces at this time. But we promise you'll find something you love among the items we have on our site.
